 Deb's prenatal class offers not only the physical benefits of yoga during pregnancy but a safe friendly environment of ladies in a shared life experience. Learn breathing techniques to help you through shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor. Gentle movements through different areas of the body open and relax during the physical demands of pregnancy.

 Pregnancy is a wonderful time to introduce yourself to yoga in a gentle, safe environment and share thoughts, fears, happiness and questions with others in class.



Mindful Hatha, Val Boyko

  A classical yoga class for all ages and all fitness levels. Come prepared to breathe, move, and practice being present. This class includes some sun salutation sequences, standing, seated, and balancing postures, pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Gentle Yoga for Wellbeing, Val Boyko

 A gentle Hatha class offered by Val. It is great for beginners and ideal for people returning to yoga after illness or injury. Time is taken to understand individual needs and making modifications and adjustments for a safe and healthy yoga practice. This class is suitable for everyone wanting to know about yoga and how it can support their personal health and wellness.

Vinyasa Flow, Debra Santan-Townsend

 A classic yoga flow class which brings together postures and fluid movement in an arc style format. Opening and warming through sun salutations,standing sequences and balancing postures, to a "peak" pose before cooling  and ending in savasana. Modifications are offered along the way as you work towards greater flexibility, balance and strength. 

Barre, Debra Santan-Townsend

 Be ready for a low impact workout that will push your muscles to their limit. Barre classes include components of pilates, yoga and dance set to upbeat music. Using only light hand weights, balls and pilates rings sweat and shake your way to long lean muscles. No jumping, no burpees all low impact suitable for all fitness levels.

 Barre above fuses the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strengh training. You don't need to worry about dance experience. Barre above is barre for all bodies!
